When You’re the One Keeping It Together

Coach: Simon Hoffmann

Taking responsibility for bands, projects, and grant applications can feel meaningful — and frustrating. Many artists find themselves holding the overview, managing multiple tasks and “hats”, navigating tensions, and keeping things moving alone, often without feeling seen or supported.

This workshop offers practical tools for artists who carry responsibility in complex creative environments. We will explore how to communicate more clearly, regulate emotions in challenging group dynamics, and create more sustainable ways of working together.

With Simon Hoffmann, Berlin-based cellist and systemic coach. Simon consults dozens of startups on how to navigate complex work environments.
