Dieser Workshop richtet sich an selbstständige und freiberufliche Musiker*innen, die ihre Finanzen besser verstehen und langfristig planen möchten. Gemeinsam schauen wir auf den finanziellen Alltag, den sinnvollen Umgang mit Budgets sowie die Planung von Einnahmen und Ausgaben in der Musikbranche.

Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Altersvorsorge für Selbstständige: Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Rürup- und Riester-Rente und welche Optionen gibt es darüber hinaus? Außerdem beschäftigen wir uns mit privatem Vermögensaufbau für die Rente, zum Beispiel mit ETFs.

Zum Abschluss berechnen wir gemeinsam die individuelle Rentenlücke. Bitte bringt dafür – wenn vorhanden – euren aktuellen Rentenbescheid mit.

Der Workshop dient ausschließlich der allgemeinen Information und dem Erfahrungsaustausch. A new way to connect with the Music Pool community

We’re excited to share something new with you: we’ve launched a new app/webapp designed to make it easier for artists to connect with each other and with music professionals.

YOU CAN REGISTER HERE.

For a long time, we facilitated these connections in an analog way — with Polaroid photos and handwritten profiles at our events. This new tool is a digital evolution of that idea, created to make connecting easier and to keep those encounters going beyond the moment.

With the app, you can create a profile, share what you do and what you’re looking for, and make yourself visible to others in the Music Pool community — all in one place.

We’re looking forward to seeing this space grow and to supporting new connections, collaborations, and exchanges.

The Artist Meetup is a space for musicians in Berlin to meet and network across scenes and genres, exchange, and maybe find new collaborations and eventually also build solidary connections.

Networking, Drinks, Music & peer-to-peer exchange 

That little voice in your head that keeps whispering “not good enough”? Or, when it kicks down the door, guns blazing: “You suck! You’ll never make it!” Yeah, we’re going to have a chat with that one. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to recognize your inner critic, uncover where it comes from, spot the tricks it uses to mess with you, and—most importantly—turn it from an enemy into an ally. Expect playful stream-of-consciousness writing, mindfulness hacks, and group sharing that proves you’re not the only one dealing with this.

This workshop grew out of my LET THAT INK FLOW practice, so we’ll be using writing as a way to dig deeper, loosen up, and rewire the patterns that trip us up. You’ll leave with a practical toolkit to keep you in the zone—even when the monsters of self-doubt try to crash your writing session.

Der Workshop lädt Musiker*innen dazu ein, die Magie der Planung und die Kraft klarer Zielsetzung zu entdecken. Von der Zukunftsvision bis zur konkreten Jahresplanung entwickeln wir gemeinsam eine individuelle Roadmap für 2026 – Sie soll realistisch und umsetzbar sein.

Gemeinsam betrachten wir die planbaren Aspekte einer Musikkarriere und erarbeiten Tools, um das kommende Jahr strukturiert und selbstbestimmt zu gestalten:

Die Themen:

• Wie formuliere ich klare, motivierende Ziele?
• Wann im Jahr plane ich was ein? (z. B. Bookings, Releases, Erholungsphasen)
• Mit wem plane ich mein Jahr (Team, Band, Partner*innen)?
• Wie kalkuliere ich meine Finanzen (Ausgaben, Einnahmen, Puffer)?
• Welche neuen Skills möchte ich mir aneignen?
• Wie definiere und überprüfe ich meine Meilensteine?
• Wann und wie schreibe ich Förderanträge (Deadlines kennen und nutzen)?

Du verlässt den Workshop mit einem klaren, individuellen Plan für 2026, der dir Orientierung gibt und hilft, deine Ziele motiviert und mit Struktur anzugehen.
